Shipping & Returns

Domestic SHIPPING

All orders will ship for a flat rate of $6 for standard shipping within the United States. Orders over $50 will ship for free! Currently we only offer standard shipping. (Enter promo code CRUISESHIP at checkout) Orders placed with Cruise will generally ship within 2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification with a tracking number. 

International Shipping

International orders will ship for a flat rate of $20 via USPS Priority Mail. If for some reason we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified immediately. Once you receive your Shipment Notification with your tracking number, you should expect your package within 10 to 12 days. 

Your order may be delivered by your local post office courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. 

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, Cruise is happy to offer a full return or exchange for items purchased, providing that the product is undamaged, unworn and in its original condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all shipping charges to return the item.

When it comes to returns or exchange, we operate a “fair and reasonable” policy. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the products you purchase from us.

All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items - unless goods are deemed faulty.

All return enquiries are to be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling).
